What's the difference between Free, Standard, and Premium subjects?

Every subject is tagged with an access tier: Free subjects are fully open, Standard subjects have their notes free to read with worked answers/solutions gated behind a subscription, and Premium subjects gate the notes as well. You can see a subject's tier badge wherever it's listed, and filter subject listings by tier.
