These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Padham Sathi (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Account Verification
To protect your account, we verify at least one contact medium (email or phone) before granting full access. Security codes and password-reset messages are only ever sent to a medium you have already verified, except during the initial verification step itself.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not share your account credentials or resell access to paid content.
- Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute notes, question banks, or videos without permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or reCAPTCHA protections.
- Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property or violates applicable law.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All notes, question banks, videos, and other materials on the Service are owned by Padham Sathi or licensed to us. You may use them for personal study only.
5. Payments & Refunds
Where paid plans or content are offered, prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in our refund policy, available on request via the Contact page.
6. Password Resets
Each password-reset link or code is single-use: once used, it is immediately invalidated, along with any other outstanding reset requests for that account, and a new request must be made to reset your password again.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via Contact.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padham Sathi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
