After registering, we send a one-time verification code to the phone number or email you provided at sign-up. Enter it on the verification page to activate your account. You can only receive future verification codes (e.g. for password resets) on a contact method you've already verified, except for the very first code used to verify a brand-new contact at sign-up.

Yes. Each reset link or code is single-use - once you've completed a reset, that link is invalidated and you'll need to start a new request if you need to reset your password again.
