How do refunds work?

If you believe a payment was made in error or a purchased subscription didn't work as expected, contact us with your payment details. Refund requests are reviewed by our finance team and, once approved, processed back to you - see the Contact page to get in touch.

Is my payment information safe?

We never store raw payment credentials. All security-sensitive forms on the site (login, registration, payment submission) are protected with reCAPTCHA v3 to help block automated abuse.
